When you arrive at Kathmandu Tribhuwan International Airport, our friendly staff and guide will welcome you. They’ll transfer you to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu city. After checking in and refreshing from any jet lag, head to the main hall or lobby. Our guide will give you a briefing about the trek and provide essential information about the hotels. Early in the morning, our staff will transfer you to the airport for a scenic flight to Lukla. Upon arrival in Lukla, meet your trekking crew and begin your trek with a gentle descent to Phakding. Follow the Dudh Koshi River and enjoy the lush green landscape and traditional Sherpa villages. Overnight in Phakding.
Trek Duration: 6–7 hours (11 km).
Elevation Gain: 830m.
After breakfast, start your trek through pine forests and cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. Enter Sagarmatha National Park and ascend to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Everest. If the weather is clear, you’ll get your first glimpse of Mount Everest. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Hike Duration: 3–4 hours (round trip to Everest View Hotel).
Elevation Gain: 400m (to Everest View Hotel).
Today is an acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the altitude. After breakfast, hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Explore the Sherpa Culture Museum and local markets in the afternoon. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Begin your trek through rhododendron forests with stunning mountain views. Visit Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region, and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking scenery of Ama Dablam and other peaks. Overnight in Tengboche.

Descend through lush forests and cross the Imja River. Pass through Pangboche, the oldest Sherpa village in the region, and gradually ascend to Dingboche. The village is surrounded by towering peaks, offering a serene and picturesque setting. Overnight in Dingboche.
Hike Duration: 3–4 hours (round trip to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley).
Elevation Gain: 300–400m (depending on the hike).
Spend the day acclimatizing to the higher altitude. Hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley for stunning views of Ama Dablam and Lhotse. Rest and prepare for the next leg of the trek. Overnight in Dingboche.

Trek through the Khumbu Glacier moraine and pass by memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest. Arrive in Lobuche, a small settlement with dramatic mountain views. Overnight in Lobuche.
Trek Duration: 7–8 hours (15 km round trip).
Elevation Gain: 230m (to Gorak Shep), 194m (to EBC).
Trek to Gorak Shep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. After lunch, hike to Everest Base Camp, the ultimate goal of the trek. Celebrate your achievement and take in the surreal surroundings. Return to Gorak Shep for the night. Overnight in Gorak Shep.
Hike Duration: 2–3 hours (round trip to Kala Patthar).
Trek Duration: 6–7 hours (13 km).
Elevation Gain: 375m (to Kala Patthar).
Elevation Loss: 1,305m (to Pheriche).
Early in the morning, hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views of Everest, Nuptse, and Pumori. Descend to Gorak Shep for breakfast, then trek back to Pheriche. Enjoy the changing landscapes and lower altitude. Overnight in Pheriche.
